Friday 20th March 2009
This is our Second Annual Conference focusing on the complexities, challenges and dilemmas inherent in working within an organisation in todayʼs society. Its aim is to provide participants with an increased knowledge of organisational dynamics and how these dynamics can aid, and interfere, with our ability to be productive both in the work task and work relationships.
The conference will provide participants with the chance to reflect upon their work place and working practice and will be relevant to people working at all levels inside and outside organisations. The expectation is that diversity will enhance the experience of all participants. In order to address these issues we have brought together three internationally renowned
