The world appears to be in a state of semi-permanent economic, ecological and political crisis. Organisational life reflects this with its uncertainty and turbulence. It is hard for us as citizens and as organizational members not to succumb to a catastrophic state of mind. In this situation what contributes to the resilience of the individual and the group? This is the question which lies at the heart of this study day.
